Every year, First Class letter mailers mistakenly waste millions of dollars because they do not understand how to get better rates. Mail Movers Presort Services allow you to meter your letter mail at lower 1st class Presort postage rates, you get the savings as soon as you meter the postage on your mail piece.

We pickup your metered mail daily or on call and bring it back to our facility to run on our MLOCR to Commingle and Presort with the other businesses we pickup from, then your mail is taken directly to the Post Office with a Full-Service Intelligent Mail® barcode for faster delivery.

This state-of-the-art machine:

  • Reads the address (even handwritten!) on a mail piece via Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software
  • Checks to see if the address is valid and correct from the USPS CASS / Lacslink / Suitelink / DPV Databases
  • It prints a trackable IMB barcode on the mail piece
  • Sorts the mail piece into the appropriate mailing tray that has a barcode and is trackable
  • Puts the trays into a barcoded and trackable container
